3.1 Necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to work and to remember your basic navigation choices. They do not require your consent.

3.2 Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, the website loads Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics 4 cookies — which help us understand how visitors use the website (most-viewed pages, traffic sources) in aggregate form — are only set if you have consented to analytics cookies.
Loading happens through Google Consent Mode v2: until you give consent, all storage for analytics and advertising purposes remains disabled by default.

3.3 Marketing cookies (only with your consent)
If you consent to marketing cookies, the website loads the OpenAI ADS
pixel (bzrcdn.openai.com), the tool we use to measure the results of the
advertising campaigns we run on OpenAI: it tells us how many people reach the
website from those ads and which pages they visit. The script is not
downloaded before you make your choice.

The pixel also uses the browser session storage (a key made of oaiq_cs:
followed by the pixel identifier) to link the visit to the ad click; it is
cleared when you close the tab.
If you withdraw your consent to marketing cookies, the pixel stops sending
data straight away and deletes the __obref cookie, without waiting for a
page reload.

3.4 Third-party services in the contact form
Pages containing the contact form load a script from ActiveCampaign
(athics.activehosted.com), the service we use to receive and manage
enquiries. The script may set its own cookies as described in the
ActiveCampaign privacy policy.
4. How to manage your consent
On your first visit, the website shows a banner with three options: Accept all, Necessary only, or Preferences for a granular choice about analytics and marketing cookies.
You can review or change your choices at any time by clicking the cookie-shaped icon at the bottom left of every page: the banner will reopen with your currently saved preferences.

The choice you make in the banner is saved in the athics_cookie_consent
cookie and sent to the controller's systems (date, type of choice and
language) for consent documentation purposes.
6. Your rights
In relation to data processed through cookies, you can exercise the rights provided by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
